What you need before you start
- The file itself — a PDF, a scan, or a photo of every page.
- The target role or the statement period, so the analysis has a reference.
- Two minutes. No account is needed for the first run.
How to check your resume in under two minutes
1. Open the free checker
Go to the ATS resume checker — no account needed for your first check.
2. Add your resume
Upload a PDF, DOCX or image (OCR is applied automatically), or simply paste your resume text.
3. Pick a target role
Type the role you're applying for so the keyword analysis matches a real position, not a generic template.
4. Get your score
In seconds you'll see a 0–100 total score plus ratings for five weighted dimensions.
5. Fix and re-check
Work through the missing keywords and rewrite suggestions, then run the check again to watch the score move.
What the output looks like
A clean table you can import — not a wall of text you have to re-key.
Sample report
0–100Illustrative output. Your scores depend on the role you target.
Supported banks and formats
The parser is trained on statement layouts, not one bank's template. These are the most common; anything with a table and a balance column is worth trying.
What “free” actually means here
Most “free” resume checkers gate the result behind an email wall. This one works differently:
- No signup for your first check
- You can upload a resume and get the full report anonymously. An email address is only needed if you want to save results and continue later.
- Full report, not a teaser
- The 0–100 score, all five dimension ratings, the missing-keyword list and the rewrite suggestions are shown in one report.
- Your file doesn't stay behind
- Resumes are processed and deleted immediately after the check — your document is not stored.
- Three interface languages
- The checker runs in English, Spanish and Portuguese; the language is set via a cookie in the app.
