What you need before you start
- The file itself — a PDF, a scan, or a photo of every page.
- The target role or the statement period, so the analysis has a reference.
- Two minutes. No account is needed for the first run.
Get your resume score in three steps
1. Open the checker
The resume score checker is free and anonymous for your first run.
2. Upload or paste your resume
PDF, DOCX, image (OCR) or pasted text all work.
3. Enter your target role
The score is computed against the role you type — that's what makes the keyword analysis meaningful.
4. Read the breakdown
Total 0–100 score, five weighted dimension ratings, missing keywords and rewrite suggestions.
5. Re-check after edits
Each run takes seconds, so you can measure every revision round.
What the output looks like
A clean table you can import — not a wall of text you have to re-key.
Sample report
0–100Illustrative output. Your scores depend on the role you target.
Supported banks and formats
The parser is trained on statement layouts, not one bank's template. These are the most common; anything with a table and a balance column is worth trying.
Anatomy of your score report
Here is exactly what the report contains, and how each part is meant to be used:
- Total score (0–100)
- One number summarizing ATS readability and role fit for the target role you selected.
- Five dimension ratings
- The total is built from five sub-scores, each carrying its own weight — a weakness in a heavily weighted dimension costs more points.
- Missing keywords list
- The specific terms your resume doesn't contain for the target role — the actual gap, not generic advice.
- Rewrite suggestions
- Concrete rewritten bullets for weak points, ready to adapt into your resume.
- Role sensitivity
- The same resume can score differently for two roles, because the score is computed against the target role you enter — check once per application.
Score questions, answered
What is a good resume score?
Higher is better, but the number matters less than the breakdown: fix the lowest-rated dimensions and clear the missing-keyword list first, then re-check to confirm the total moved.
Why did my score change between two runs?
Each run is computed against the target role you entered. Different role, different keyword expectations — so the same resume legitimately scores differently for two positions.
Can I improve my score quickly?
Often yes. Missing keywords and weak bullets are the fastest wins: apply the rewrite suggestions from the report, then run the check again — it only takes seconds.
