What you need before you start

  • The file itself — a PDF, a scan, or a photo of every page.
  • The target role or the statement period, so the analysis has a reference.
  • Two minutes. No account is needed for the first run.

4. Study the gap report

0–100 match score, missing keywords for that role, and bullets rewritten with the right terms.

5. Integrate, don't stuff

Weave the keywords into real accomplishments, then re-check the match.

What the output looks like

A clean table you can import — not a wall of text you have to re-key.

Supported banks and formats

The parser is trained on statement layouts, not one bank's template. These are the most common; anything with a table and a balance column is worth trying.

How to use rewrite suggestions without keyword-stuffing

The goal is a resume that matches the role and still reads like a human wrote it:

Rewrite, don't sprinkle
The report gives you concrete rewritten bullets — integrate each keyword with real context (“migrated CI pipelines, cutting deploy time 40%”) instead of pasting it into a skills list.
One application, one check
Because the analysis runs against the target role you enter, re-run the match with each new posting's role title.
Fix the heavyweights first
The five dimension ratings show where the score bled — a heavily weighted weakness is worth more than three cosmetic ones.
Mirror the employer's vocabulary
If the posting says “stakeholder management”, don't write “worked with clients”. Match the terms the employer itself uses.

Match-check questions

How much should I change my resume for each application?

Usually less than you fear: adjust the summary line, integrate the missing keywords from the report into existing bullets, and re-check. The rewrite suggestions tell you exactly which bullets to touch.

Does a high match score guarantee an interview?

No checker can promise that. A high score means your resume parses cleanly and speaks the role's language — it removes the mechanical reasons for rejection, which is the part you control.

Can I paste the whole job description into the checker?

The checker works from the target role you specify and analyzes your resume against role-specific keyword expectations — you don't need to paste the full posting. Just enter the role title as it appears in the ad.
